Today we will talk about how we take care of our tomatoes all the way til harvesting and then how we process our tomatoes.
We only planted two plants this year because we are still eating off 50 plants worth from our lasts garden harvest. These two are just going to be fresh eating. Normally we plant about 50 plants to make sure I can stock our pantry with all the things I enjoy making with them. Pasta sauce for pizzas and spaghetti, salsa, enchilada sauce, crushed tomatoes for soups and stews, tomato soups, etc.
