I have been on a journey for a long time of trying to find a way to make dear hubby jams and jellies with low to no sugar and by George I believe I found it. This is the easiest process ever and a beginner level. He has ate every jar I made and my momma and daddy love it also. Guess I gotta make more. This is a no cook freezer jam and so stinking easy. Click the video below if you want to see how.

I have never heard of freezer jam, but this looks so cool! I'm scared of canning. Haha! I have a water bath canner and I have never used it. I'm way too scared to pressure can, but I could definitely do this! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHi Mandy. I was scared to death of canning also. Once I got the hang of it I was fine. My next video is Making Low To No Sugar Strawberry Jam and it uses Pamonas Pectin. It is shelf stable so it is water bathed. I even show you how in that video. The video released and is on my YouTube channel. If you want to get more comfortable with Canning and Preserving I have a page here on my blog where I take you through steps and have written tutorials on how we preserve our produce wether it is pressure canned, water bathed, or frozen. I also have a whole playlist on my YouTube channel dedicated to Canning and Preserving if you like a visual version. I hope both will help you get over your fears. Thanks so much for commenting.
