I got to make a trip home and spend time with my people. The girls loved all their pajamas, aprons and hairbows I made them, so much that they wanted to have pajama day every day ( except school days), so we did. All they wanted to do while I was home was sew. So my living room literally looked like this for 5 days. They created many things. I taught them how to cut out blocks with a rotary cutter and the grids. Only had one minor incident with a blade. Nothing a bandaid and time want heal. π
We had fun in the kitchen making our own homemade mini pizzas, calzones, and rainbow grilled cheese, and PokΓ©mon pancakes. We played with new life on the farm (baby calf), had tea parties every day, ate popcorn in Poppies bed ππ, got to go to church, read the Bible and did alot of praying together.
Got to go on a dinner date with my mini me. And got to see some of my big peeps, although some had to work. You know, grown up stuff. That's life. But I'll take what I can get.
The time came for me to have to get back to dear hubby. They are beginning to understand that Poppie needs someone to take care of him while we're gone and that is me. I tell them, I will take care of Poppie for you. That seems to make them feel better.
