Today is our other little buddy's birthday. I have watched you grow and mature so much over the past year. You are still tiny but oh so fierce. You're our Willy Nilly, DO it my way, Sassy, Just don't care, goofy, Scrappy, Little Sweet Caroline. I still remember all the days and nights with you also laying on my chest sleeping and singing Pop Goes the Weasel and Jesus Loves Me especially during the colic stage. Now, you love to do school and anything I'm doing and most of all you love fighting with Poppie. You are going to be the one who stands up for what is right and no one is going to bully you that is for sure. We hope you have the best day today and we love you. ❤️ The Big 4.

Getting My Kitchen Back To Normal
Yesterday was a date day because I've had to have a new windshield put in my truck. Thanks Interstate. ๐ While we waited, we went to Lowe's and picked up some lumber we needed and other things. We ate brunch at Cracker Barrell. He took me to Hobby Lobby. If you don't have a man that will walk around Hobby Lobby with you picking out sewing notions and helping you solve the biggest dilemma (picking out a storage case for ribbon making supplies), then you need to get one. He's the man. ๐๐๐๐งต๐ชก
I'm finally getting to get my kitchen somewhat back to normal. Dear hubby is bringing in boxes and I'm putting away and organizing. ๐
You can never have too many food colorings when you bake as many goodies as we do. ๐๐๐ช๐ง๐ฉ
Progress: microwave mounted and building custom hood.
Me and David got a little hot ๐ฅ and spicey ๐ฅต in our kitchen tonight. We even alphabetized them. Got our new spice cabinet fixed. What? Where was y'alls mind?
Bacon wrapped tenderloin from one of our harvested deer paired with Nannys canned green beans. ๐
My momma and Daddy came by to visit one day and I made lunch for all of us. My momma helped me organize and put away some stuff. My daddy helped put a trampoline together for youngest granddaughters bday. My phone was charging and I didn't even think about getting any pictures. ๐
Well, I need to get in high gear again because tomorrow we will have Caroline's bday party here at our house. These girls love having their parties here and I'm so glad but it always calls for me to clean it real good. Lol.
So, on that note I'm off to speed clean and get it looking today somewhat.

Getting Adjusted
Boy the past 9 days have been a blur.
We suprised our little buddies and picked them up after Atleigh got out of school. Still not use to that. When she saw that it was us in the parking lot, she got a little emotional and had little tears in her eyes. Look at that smile. ๐
We got home and our fun weekend started. We rode the Ranger, scoping out deer, playing and watching movies and eating popcorn.
That Saturday, I just wanted outside. We washed and took care of our vehicles. They love doing whatever I'm doing so, here we go.
That Sunday we got up and ready for church. They got to wear one of their little outfits I made them.
It was time for Daddy to come get them and they went home with him.

Homemade Uncrustables
I want to share this link because I am a firm believer in fixing affordable, healthy lunches for kids. And kids love these.

Back To School Lunches
It is Back To School Season and I know alot of kids will be taking their lunches. Well, lunches do not have to be boring or lacking in nutrition.
This is an example of a homemade lunchable. For around $10, you can buy a small box of Ritz or generic brand crackers, some sandwich meat, a package of slice cheese, some fruit and a little package of snacks. Viola', you have a lunchable with more left over for a week or two. You're welcome.
There is a Facebook group called Bentgo Lunches and I live Jennifer Fudge on her YouTube channel Bunches of Lunches. She has awesome ideas for kids of all ages lunch box ideas. Even hot lunches and she shows how to use a thermos properly to keep your kids lunches hot until they are ready to eat.
I love these lunch boxes too from Amazon. I am not an affiliate (yet).
You can also go to Dollar Tree or Dollar General and find all kinds pf plastic containers with sections in them like meal prep containers. You can use cupcake liners to keep food separated.
Just make sure that whatever you purchase, that it is easy for little ones to open and close and open up little packages of food. The teacher only has so much time to help all her students with their lunches.
