Ladies, did you know you can make your own loaded teas at home? For what you spend on one loaded tea ($8 to $10), you could buy the ingredients that you need and make multiple teas for up to at least a month or 2 months. Do the math. $8 to $10 every day for a month, $8×30 days=$240 a month. 😵😵💫🤯
Here are the ingredients they put in your teas. First, you start with a flavoring of your choice. It can be a berry or a sweet flavor. Just a flavored tea. Then, they add collagen, biotin, caffeine, protein powder, and sometimes a product called NRG. You can request certain items to be left out. For example, you can leave out the biotin and get the rest. They will customize your tea per your request.
The Herbal N-R-G Nature's Raw Guarana Tea Mix 2.12 Fl Oz Caffeine Energy Booster Powder is the caffeine powder in the tea. This is just an example. I'm pretty sure you could find a lower cost one available.
Here is a flavored tea powder Waka Instant Green Tea Mix, Mango Flavored just one example. Look at the ounces on the package and how many servings it makes.
Next comes a collagen of some sort like Vital Proteins Grass Fed Collagen Peptides Powder, Promotes Hair, Nail, Skin, Bone and Joint Health - Hydrolyzed Collagen you can find another flavor if you like. Again, notice the ounces and servings you get.
Next is Biotin Biotin 10000mcg Powder - Biotin Powder, Biotin Vitamins for Hair, Skin and Nails - as Vitamin B7, Gluten Free, this normally comes in a no flavor form.
Last is the protein powder Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder, Strawberry, Immune Support (1), Vitamins C & D Plus Zinc, 1.78 lbs good grief!!!! This one makes a bunch.
Oh, don't forget the little milk frother to help blend it all up Powerful Milk Frother with Double Whisk, Handheld Electric Foam Maker, Hand Mixer Wand, Portable Mini Blender Foamer Stirrer for Coffee, Latte, Matcha,Hot Chocolate and Loaded Teas
Once you figure out the cost per ounce and serving, they add up to be more than the cost of the ingredients to make the teas, which turns out to be a good thing.
Let's say you spent $100.00 on some ingredients. But you are getting 75 servings of a loaded tea out of all those ingredients, that is $1.33 per serving. Isn't that better than $8 to $10 a tea? Not to mention the gas making multiple trips?
Making your own loaded teas at home is so easy, and you also save gas from running and getting one every day. You're welcome.
