A few days ago I bought 3-5lb bags of potatoes when they were on sale for $1.99 a bag and processed them as french fries, hashbrowns or potato rounds. About 10 to 15 meals worth.
I did not do this just because of this virus thing. I do this all the time to have them on hand when I want them. It saves money.
